Joann Frecka

CUYAHOGA FALLS - JoAnn Frecka went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 1, 2017.
JoAnn was born on September 10, 1943 in Akron to Foster and Thelma (Lytle) Juniper. Her biggest joys in life were her relationship with Jesus Christ and her family. She loved being with her grandchildren, and was always delighted when they visited.
Preceded in death by her parents and siblings, she is survived by her husband John, of 55 years, who was her high school sweetheart; her children Richard (Barbara) Frecka, Wendy (Jon) Densmore, Tim Frecka, Andrew (Rachel) Frecka and Mark (Ellen) Frecka; 8 grandchildren: Zachary, Nathaniel, Gabriel Densmore, David Frecka, Hannah, Charles, Jaden & Benjamin Frecka, and one on the way. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
We would like to thank Altercare of Western Reserve for their care of JoAnn the past 11 months, and to Harbor Light Hospice for their help over the past few weeks.
Rev. Joseph Daltorio will conduct a memorial service Monday, Feb. 6, 2017 at 5 PM at Christ Community Chapel, 750 W. Streetsboro Street, Hudson, Ohio 44236, where friends may call from 3 PM until service time. Private graveside service and burial will be held at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Missions Fund at Christ Community Chapel.
