Albert A. Klug, 90, died August 21, 2018.
Born in Cleveland, he was a Cuyahoga Falls resident since 1957, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, and had retired as a layout artist with the Rohrich Corp. An active member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, Mr. Klug taught all levels and ages of Sunday school and served as a greeter and as greeter coordinator. For 20 years, Albert walked in, and led groups as a lay leader with East Ohio Emmanuel Emmaus Walk.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jean; children Deanne (Tom) Crimmel of San Diego, CA; Timothy (Dana) Klug of Stow; Suanne (Michael) Hujar of Green; grandchildren Thomas Crimmel, Timothy (Kylie) Klug, Leah (Nate) Cross, Abigail and Caleb Klug; Addison, Andrew and Aaron Hujar; great-granddaughter Felicity Cross and brother Bernhardt Klug.
Service will be held Friday 11 AM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call from 9:30 AM until service time. Private burial Lakewood Park Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls 44221.
