Alice B. Mumaw

Alice Barton Mumaw of Hudson, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, December 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband John Pike Mumaw and her son Randoph Pike Mumaw. Alice was the daughter of William Joseph Barton and Anna M. Stolte of Lake Worth, Florida. She leaves behind five children: John William, his wife Ann; Elizabeth Ann Rogers, her husband Andy; Patrice Suzanne Herczeg, Sandra Leigh Mumaw, and Deborah Lynn Dahlin. Her legacy also includes eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Besides raising a family, Alice taught school for 20 years in the Cleveland Public School system.

A memorial service will be held at Laurel Lake Retirement Center on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Doctors Without Borders or Crossroads Hospice.
