Andy Boncek, the beloved son of James and Annette Boncek, died September 27, 2015.
He is survived by his sister, Elaine (Joost) Goossens, and their children, Jon-Peter and Anna; his brother, Nick (Cheryl), and their children, Madeline, Isabella and Luke.
Andy will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A private service has already been held in Andy's honor.
