STOW- Barbara J. Shaffer, 71, died May 3, 2011.
Born in Munroe Falls, she was a lifetime area resident, a graduate of Kent State University and had been employed with Ohio Edison prior to working for the U.S. Government.
She is survived by sister Wanda Cross of Stow; 10 nieces and 1 nephew.
Private services will be held at Redmon Funeral Home, with burial at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
