Carol Anne Kugler

STOW – Carol Anne Kugler, 68, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026, with her loving family by her side.

Born in Maple Heights Ohio, Carol was a longtime resident of Stow Ohio. She dedicated many years of her career to Akrochem, where she served as an office manager until her retirement. A faithful member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Carol lived a life rooted in quiet devotion and kindness.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially the challenge of a good word puzzle, Wordle being among her favorites. Many evenings were spent happily playing along with Jeopardy!.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Rollin and Anne Rothacker. She is survived by husband John Kugler; children, John Cawley (Meagan) and Kevin Cawley (Tiffany); grandchildren, Jackson and Aubree Cawley; siblings, Linda Schiavone (Tom), Diane Rubal (Bernie), and Chris Nelson (George).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Monday, May 4, 2026, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3179 Kent Road, Stow, Ohio 44224, with Rev. Jon Hawkins officiating. Friends may call from 12–2 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, Ohio 44224.
