STOW- Carol Sue (Skubis) Dick expired at Maison Aine July 17, 2013.
Carol was born in Indiana, PA on May 6, 1945. Preceded in death by her mother Alberta (Wolanin) Skubis and father John Skubis, she is survived by dearest friend and fianc John DiPalma; son Jeff (Vanessa) Dick of Sagamore Hills; daughter Jennifer (Brian) Moore of Oregon, WI; her seven grandchildren Marissa, Matt, Michael, Maranda, Corey, Carleigh and Cassidy. She is survived by sisters Judy Skubis of Clymer, PA and Janice (Jeff) Sieranski of Loveland, CO along with relatives and friends.
Carol worked the last 22 years as a Life Enrichment (Activity) Director. She always felt you get more back from the residents than what you give. One of her favorite quotes is, "Love you more."
The family would like to thank Maison Aine and Crossroads Hospice for their care.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday5 to 8 PM. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 10 AM at Holy Family Church, 3179 Kent Road (Rt. 59) in Stow. Burial All Saints Cemetery in Northfield. Funeral luncheon will follow at Holy Family Church. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Garden Fund at Maison Aine, 2910 L'Ermitage Place, Stow 44224. Mrs. Dick's video tribute may be seen here.
