Obituary of Carol Jean Ann Wallace

Mrs. Carol Jean Ann Wallace, beloved wife, mother and best friend to her daughter, of Stow, OH, went to be with her "Daddy", Friday, December 8, 2017, surrounded in love at the age of 73.

Carol, was born on January 16, 1944 in Akron, OH. She grew up as the youngest of three and attended Saint Vincent Saint Mary High School. In 1973, she married David Wilson of Akron, OH and they had three beautiful daughters. In 1989, she took a position at Laurel Lake Retirement Community as a receptionist and worked her way up to the Secretary to the President.

Carol married her husband, Paul Wallace in 1993, and the couple continued to work at Laurel Lake together. Carol is survived by her husband, Paul Wallace, of Stow, OH; daughters, Michelle Wilson (Debra) of Sanger, TX; Melissa Kegley (David) of Kent, OH; Maryann Aviles (Fredy) of Lancaster, CA; five grandchildren: Justin, Morgan, Annabelle, Noah, and Devon; and her precious friend and caregiver Maria Linke (Todd).

Per her wishes, a cremation will take place. A private family memorial will occur at a later time. The family is grateful for the condolences and hugs, but declines flowers.
