Obituary of Cecelia E. Shaw

Cecelia E. Shaw (nee Friess), born March 16, 1920, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on May 14, 2018. Her late husband, Robert, greeted her with open arms. She rejoins many family members.

Cecelia leaves a legacy: Craig (Sandy), Kenneth (Cathie), Michele, Amanda, Dylan, Austin, Hannah, Shaw, Sydney, Cabrey, Jaxon, Becky, Delores, Shirley, Sharon, and many more.

Her lifetime devotion to Christ began at St. Paul's and continued to Holy Family. She loved God all of her life.

Cecelia was blessed to have so many wonderful colleagues at AMHA. She is in humble gratitude for their help and service. She quietly stood on top of the glass ceiling in her career.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Thursday, 4 to 7 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial Friday, 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Fr. Kevin Klonowski celebrant. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Family School Endowment.
