STOW — Charles “Ed” Lee, Sr., 80, passed away June 21, 2026.

Born February 10, 1946, in Cumberland, MD, to the late Charles and Gladys Lee, Ed had been a resident of Stow since 1956. A U.S. Navy veteran, he owned and operated Lee’s Heating and Air Conditioning. Ed enjoyed golfing, spending time with his family, and coaching baseball in his younger years. He especially loved watching his grandchildren play basketball and baseball, traveling to multiple states to cheer them on.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents; son, Todd Lee; brother, Ray Alderton; and sister, Gladys Harp. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Debby Lee; sons, Charles “Eddie” (Stephanie) Lee, Jr. and Chad Lee; grandchildren, Chelsea, Trista, Kayce, and Ty; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Kire, and Zaden; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Pastor Dan Page will conduct a service at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH 44224. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time-of-service Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to a Charity-Non-Profit Organization for Veterans of their choice.
