Cynthia Datko

Cynthia Datko, 58, died June 27, 2015.

Born in Akron, she was an area lifetime resident and was employed as a caregiver for developmentally disabled children for Hattie Larlham Services.

Preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Marjorie Curtis and brother, John R. Curtis, she is survived by her husband of 27 years, Greg; daughters, Melissa Curtis of Columbus, OH, Vicky Datko of Cuyahoga Falls, son, Matt Datko of Columbus, OH; sisters, Cheryl (John) Gillilan of Colorado, Deb Curtis of Stow; brothers, Walter, Jr. (Lori) Curtis of Montana, Gregory (Gail) Curtis of Springfield Twp., and Doug (Kelly) Curtis of California.

Friends may call Wednesday from 4-8 PM at Redmon Funeral Home where Pastor Jim Case will conduct services Thursday at 10 AM. Private burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Randolph. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Tallmadge Relay For Life. Checks should be payable to the American Cancer Society in care of Vicky Datko.
