Dale L. Hajek

STOW- Dale L. Hajek, 75, formerly of Cuyahoga Falls, died June 30, 2013.
Born in Cleveland, he was a graduate of John Adams High School and Ohio University. Dale had been employed as an accountant with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Akron and Litchfield Park, AZ and retired from the City of Phoenix, AZ.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Janice; sons Dale (Karen) of Cave Creek, AZ, James of Dayton; daughter Diane (Tim) Lero of Munroe Falls; grandchildren Kyle and Kelly Hajek and Victoria and Kevin Lero; brother Joseph (Sharon) Hajek of West Chester, OH.
Dale's family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Joseph Zarconi , Dr. Christopher Dussel (ER) and Dr. Kathleen Senger and staff (Palliative Care) at Summa Akron City Hospital for their care. A special thanks also to Carla for her wonderful, attentive care in the last hours.
Rev. Dr. David Baker will conduct funeral service Wednesday 11 AM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends are invited for visitation from 9:30 AM until service time. Burial Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
