Daniel J. Coleman

Daniel J. Coleman, 31, passed away March 9, 2017 from a brain aneurysm.

Born in Ashland, he played football at Canfield High School, earning a scholarship to Kent State University. Dan had been employed with Threshold Residential in E. Palestine, Turning Point Residential in Salem, and Raearc Industries in Boardman.

Preceded in death by his grandmother, Georgia "Jo" Holley and grandfather, Paul Coleman, he is survived by his daughter, Olivia; mother Mary Coleman of Salem; father Kevin Coleman of Hanoverton, OH; brother Travis Coleman; sister Holly (Matt) Heikkinen and their children, Hannah, Graham and Becca; grandfather John G. Holley; grandmother Barbara Coleman; uncles John C. (Tina) Holley, James W. (Danette) Holley, Chris Coleman; aunts Linda (Paul) Berthold and Leisa Coleman.

Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to Redmon Funeral Home for the benefit of his, daughter Olivia.
