David Dempster

FAIRLAWN - David Dempster, 76, passed away July 17, 2025.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, David had lived in Fairlawn since 2020, was a U.S. Army veteran and had been employed with Schott Industries.

Preceded in death by his parents, George and Oma (nee Gonder) Dempster; siblings, James Dempster, Robert Dempster and Suzanne Largent, he is survived by his wife, Carol (nee Strauss) Dempster; children, Michael (Dianna), Diane (Aaron) Kuczkowski and David; grandchildren, Christopher, Ryann, Jacob and Jace Kuczkowski, Andrew and Sean Dempster, as well as his sister, Patricia Skalla.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
