Obituary of David L. Owens
STOW- David Lee Owens, 61, formerly of Streetsboro, died May 21, 2013.
Born in Akron, he had retired from Ford Motor Company-Walton Hills in 2007 after 36 years of service. David was an avid cyclist, and loved to golf and fish.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Sandra ("Sue"); sons Shawn (Micki) and Jason (Andrea); 3 grandchildren; siblings Dan, Cheryl, Dana and Darrin and his cockatiel "Birdy".
Friends are invited to the Cuyahoga Falls Elks, 2555 State Road on Saturday from 1 to 4 PM for a time of remembering, celebrating and refreshments.
