Deanna Claire Parker (Blonde)

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Deanna Claire Parker (Blonde), 85, went home to be with the Lord on February 20, 2026.

A daughter of the late Ritchie and Doris Amos, she was born in Wood County, WV, and was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls since 1960. Deanna was a homemaker and also worked in the school library while raising her children. Deanna was a member of the Akron Baptist Temple. She enjoyed gospel music, tea parties, painting, and crafting. Above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will all miss her dearly.

Preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Herman Parker, and her sisters, Mary Brinkman, Sue Moore, and Martha Cade, she is survived by her daughters, Bonnie (Steven) Telfer and Patty Myers; son, Jim (Lisa) Parker; grandchildren, Josh, Bill, Melissa, Kimberly, Lisa, Joe, Dana, and Jamie; twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Sutton and Delores Thompson; brother, Kermit Amos, and many nieces and nephews.

Pastor Michael Freeman will conduct service 10:30 AM, Friday, February 27, 2026, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, 44224. Friends may call 4 to 7 PM, Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the funeral home
