Obituary of Deloris A. Witsaman

Deloris A. "Sue" Witsaman, 81, died December 29, 2018.

Born in Spencer, WV, she was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls. Sue valued her neighbors at Silver Lake Towers, especially Filomena Padula, and the many friends she made over the years in bridge groups and playing tennis.

Preceded in death by husband of 57 years and love of her life, Earl, in 2012 and by son Earl Lincoln Witsaman in 1987, she is survived by daughter Candy Witsaman of Woodstock, GA; grandchildren Mariah Woodward and Chaz (Tricia) Woodward; great-granddaughter Ember Woodward; brother-in-law Harold (Gwen) Witsaman; sister-in-law Judy Mooney; niece and nephew Amy and Eric Witsaman and dear friends, the Fred Long family.

As her son Earl said before he passed away, "we are on to bigger and better things, so be at peace with my passing".

Pastor Mike Ward will conduct service Saturday 4 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, where friends may call from 3 PM until service time. Private burial Stow Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree in her memory.
