Diane Lynn Ellesin

STOW - Diane Lynn Ellesin, 68, passed away peacefully to be with her husband and daughter in heaven on the early morning of December 5, 2023.

Born in Akron, Ohio, on March 31, 1955, Diane decided to settle down in Stow in 1997, where she was able to retire from her role in customer service at Aetna after 30 years. Diane enjoyed a good game of bingo, going out with the girls, and watching her son play sports while sitting next to her husband, Don. When she wasn’t doing any of that, you could find her planning her next trip to Jamaica. If you saw Diane, you knew a smile, or a good time was on the horizon.

Preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Palestine Edwards; husband, Donald Ellesin; daughter, Nia Imani, and brother, Philip Edwards. Diane is survived by her son, Phillip (Haley) Ellesin; granddaughter, Hayzel Imani; sisters, Wylene and Kathryn Edwards, and many other friends and family.

Family members of Diane will conduct service 6 PM, Friday, December 8, 2023, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow 44224, where friends may call from 4 PM, until service time.
