Obituary of Eva Takacs

STOW - Eva Takacs, 82, died March 26, 2016.

Born in Miskolc, Hungary, Eva came to the United States in 1959 and was a Stow resident since 1993. Her family will always cherish memories of her famous cooking and baking.

Preceded in death by her husband Dezsoe in 1990 and by infant sons Ferenc and Sandor, she is survived by her daughters Eva Thomas and Katalin (Richard) Smith; son Joseph (Judit) Takacs; 12 grandchildren, Victoria (Tori), Nicole and Brian Thomas, Joseph, Jonathon, David, Kristina, Julianna and Andrew Smith, Veronica, Alexander and Dominik Takacs; and sister Erzso Eles of Miskolc, Hungary.

She was truly the center of the family. Her love for her family was portrayed in the joy and pride on her face when she spoke of them everywhere she went. She has touched many lives of those that helped take care of her in the past year and the family is truly grateful for their loving care. She will be missed by all that knew her. We are eternally grateful for the loving happy memories we have of her.
