Obituary of Evalene Oros

Evalene Oros (nee Ullman) of Stow, Ohio passed away on December 18, 2017. She was born in Mantua, Ohio on August 6, 1934.

Evalene was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Mahala Ullman of Mantua; brother, Kenneth Ullman of Stow, she is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Andrew Oros; daughter, Debbie (Dave) Tewksbury of Cuyahoga Falls; sons, Timothy (Cheryl) Oros of Pearland, Texas and Kevin (Chanida) Oros of North Andover, Massachusetts; grandchildren, Scott, Michelle, Eric and Emily; brothers, Harold (Joyce) Ullman and Les Ullman; sister, Lila (Bob) Fall; and sister-in-law, Becky Ullman.

Evalene worked at K-Mart for 24 years and loved collecting dolls.

She became ill in March of 2006 with multiple myeloma along with renal failure. The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Western Reserve for their great care.

Family and friends will be received for visitation Friday, December 22, 2017 from 3 to 6 PM at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow. Funeral service will be Saturday, December 23 at 11 AM with visitation from 10 AM until service time. Burial to follow at Hillside Cemetery in Mantua. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mantua Center Christian Church, Hilltop Christian Church, or American Kidney Foundation.
