Obituary of Frederick W. Meine
MUNROE FALLS - Frederick W. Meine, Sr., 75, died March 30, 2016.
Born in Koethen, Germany, he was a Munroe Falls resident for 53 years, a skilled woodworker, a Mason, and member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. Frederick had been employed as a die maker with Chrysler prior to earning his MBA from Baldwin Wallace, and ultimately retiring from General Motors in 2001.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lois; daughter Debbie (Jim) Kazimir; son Frederick Meine, Jr.; grandchildren Amanda, Drey, Katie and Christopher; mother Klara Meine; sister Evie (Andrew) Kremyar and brother Manfred (Rita) Meine.
Pastor Bill Michaels and family will conduct a memorial service Saturday 10 AM at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 158 North Avenue, Tallmadge 44278. Burial Edgewood Cemetery in Ashtabula. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Relay for Life (www.relayforlife.org search for Debbie Kazimir).
