Hal Pulcini "The Pooch" died November 4, 2016. He lived most of his life in the Akron area, attended Robinson grade school, graduated from East High School in 1947 and was a "Oriental" to the end. Hal graduated from Akron University in 1959 and went on to complete 35 years of service for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. Most of his career was in industrial relations with job assignments in Luckey, OH, North Chicago, IL and Beaumont, TX. He returned to Akron in 1980 as part of the start up team for Tech Center Manufacturers. He was proud to have been part of the Goodyear family and the many friends he made over the years both salary and hourly. He retired in 1989.

Hal was preceded in death by sister Nancy Byrne and brother John Pulcini. Hal is survived by his wife of 67 years, June, sons Curt (Patricia), Herb (Debbie), daughter Chris (Joe), grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Katie and John, niece Jacki, grand niece Emily, several siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. and where service will be conducted Tuesday 11 am. Interment Hillside Memorial Park.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Stow Munroe Falls Public Library for audio books.
