James "Jim" William Daymon, 72, passed away on June 8, 2022.

Born in Detroit MI, Jim was a long-time resident of Stow and member of Holy Family Church. Jim served in the Vietnam War and retired from Holland Motor Express in 2015 after being a truck driver for 45 years.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Monica; daughter Michelle (Dominic) Oliveti; grandchildren, Luca and Adriana; son Jacob (DeAnna); grandchildren, Andrew, Connor and Preston; sisters, Toni Kelly, Sandra (Dennis) Freshwaters, Mary (Stan) Allen, Patricia (Mike) Boyd; brothers, John (Janine) Daymon, Bob (Shanna) Daymon.

Calling hours will be held Monday from 4 to 8 PM at Redmon Funeral Home. Mass of the Christian Burial will be conducted Tuesday at 10 AM at Holy Family Church. Burial will be in Stow Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Holy Family School Endowment Fund or Alzheimer’s Association.
