Obituary of Janet Lou Lopeman

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Janet Lou Lopeman, 81, passed away August 17, 2018.

She was born July 25, 1937 in Akron, to Paul and Jeanette (Martin) Stephens. Janet worked as an accounting associate at Allstate Insurance for 28 years before her retirement. A member of Stow Alliance Fellowship Church, she loved to spread the word of God to others. Janet was very loving, enjoyed gardening and spending time with others.

Preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Ronald Welby Lopeman, Sr.; brothers Paul and Don Stephens; and one great-grandchild, she leaves behind her son Ronald (Phyllis) Lopeman, Jr.; daughters Sue (Tom) Lause, Beth (Bob) Goff; grandchildren Travis (Tara), Brittany, Austin (Zola), Katie (Freddy), Kelly, Bobby and Grace; four great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday 5 to 7 PM. Pastor John Kitchen will conduct service Tuesday 11 AM at Stow Alliance Fellowship Church, 4460 Stow Road, Stow 44224, and where friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment Crown Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Stow Alliance Fellowship Church or Hope Community Church.
