Jeanne K Catalano

Jeanne Kathleen (Janke) Catalano, 69, passed away at her home on July 30,2015 after a brief illness.

Jeanne made her home in Stow for 33 years, where she loved to garden, entertain, decorate, and remodel. She spent 49 years educating children, including 12 years running a Montessori school with her mom, over 30 years as a classroom teacher, and eight years as an Intervention Specialist.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 38 years, Paul, and her children: John Fatica, Joe Fatica, Jean Catalano, Paul (Wendy) Catalano, and Genevieve (George) L'Heureux. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Jean Janke; and her sister, Teresa Janke.

Family and friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Redmon Funeral Home in Stow. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Stow. A reception will follow graveside service at Silver Springs Cemetery.
