Jo Ann Campbell

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL - Mom quietly passed away Nov. 13th, 2012, surrounded by the love of her family, at her home.
Preceded in death by her parents Mae and Ralph Sample and husband Robert Campbell, Jo is survived by daughters Rebecca, Amy (Dale), and Melissa; grandchildren Aaron, Catherine, Caitlin, Bret and Alex; brothers Don (Polly) and Jon (Judy); sisters Judy and Martha (Phil); aunt Eleanor and many nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday 1:30 pm at Greensburg United Methodist Church, Pastor Abby Auman officiating. Burial to follow at Greensburg Cemetery.
