SILVER LAKE - John A. Nehrer, 90, passed away March 14, 2017.
John proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II, was an attorney, avid golfer, and world traveler.
Preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Harriet, and daughter, Joy Wilson; he is survived by his son, John Nehrer, Jr.; daughter, Lori (John) Kassinger; son-in-law, Bryan E. Wilson; grandchildren, Zoe and John Nehrer; Lauren (Greg) Thorson; Robert, Jenna and Marissa Kassinger; Rachel, Erin, Bryan A. and Jay Wilson; and loving companion, Hellena Villemain.
Private services have been held.
Memorials may be made to Cuyahoga Falls School Foundation for the Joy Nehrer Wilson Scholarship Fund.
