John Paul "Jack" Koepnick, 81, died January 2, 2012. Born in Dayton, he served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict and was Vice-President of Spancrete North East, Inc.
Preceded in death by his wife, Ethel, in 1992, he is survived by daughters Teresa Lynn (Brian) Mabie, Cynthia Ann Koepnick, son Douglas Scot Koepnick, grandchildren, Eric and Matthew Mabie, Travis and Joshua Koepnick and their mother, Shelley.
There will be no calling hours. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service, 3358 Ridgewood Road, Akron, OH 44333.
