STOW - John "Sam" Pilato, 86, died July 2, 2014. Born in WV, he was a member of the Cuyahoga Falls Eagles #2207, served his country in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict and retired from the Walton Hills Ford stamping plant in 1996 with 40 years of service.
He is survived by wife Coletta, daughters Renee Brinker, Michelle Tortorea, sons Dennis Rabon, Scott Miller, 9 grandchildren, sisters Amelia Crutchfield and Virginia Rhodes.
Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Sunday from 5 to 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Monday 11 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment Grandview Cemetery in Ravenna.
