Kay Frances Tofanelli

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Kay Frances Tofanelli, 86, died January 6, 2026.

Born in Akron, she was a lifetime area resident and had been employed with the law firm of Roderick, Linton and Belfance, LLP, for 28 years prior to her retirement. Kay was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, was active in the Young Concordians, and enjoyed playing bridge and euchre.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Francis and Julia Pearl Casteel; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Phyllis Casteel, and sister and brother-in-law, Ruby and Bob Steinly.

Kay is survived by her daughters, Julie (John) Herrick, Beth (Bill) Howe, Cindy Ebert (Jay Milush); sons, Dan (Wendy) Tofanelli and Dave Tofanelli, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family, and many, many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 12 PM, at Concordia Lutheran Church, 724 Sumner Street, Akron, OH 44311, and where friends may call from 10 AM, until time of service.
