Obituary of Linda N. Zimmerman

Linda N. Zimmerman, 78, of Hudson, passed away June 22, 2018. Lynn was born to Donald W. and Anna Louise Edmunds-Johnston on September 6, 1939 in New Castle, PA.

Lynn graduated from New Castle High School in 1957 and Youngstown State University Dana School of Music in 1964. Lynn was an elementary school music teacher in Shenango, PA from 1964 to 1966 and Bedford, OH from 1966 to 1993.

Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donald R. Johnston, Lynn is survived by her husband of 52 years, David A. Zimmerman; sister-in-law, Shirley Johnston; brother-in-law, Thomas Zimmerman (Constance deceased); nieces, Sally Zimmerman (Robert Dooley) and Susan (Steve) Kappel; nephews, Eric Johnston and Keith (Suzanne) Johnston; as well as great-nephews and a great-niece.

Pastor Jim Case will conduct funeral service at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow on Wednesday, June 27 at 4:30 PM, where friends may call from 3 PM until service time.
