Obituary of Marie A. Smith
STOW - Marie A. Smith, 62, died December 9, 2010.
A lifetime area resident, she was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and was past president of Tire Town Chapter, I.A.A.P. She enjoyed painting and stamping greeting cards.
Preceded in death by her parents Frank and Rosalia Scolaro; sister Nancy Ditirro and grandson Christian Spencer, she is survived by her husband of 36 years, Michael; daughter Sherry (Jim) Abbott-Spencer of Green; sons Christopher and Nicholas Smith of Stow; grandchildren Stefanie Abbott and Sebastian Spencer and great-grandson Anthony Abbott.
Friends may call Sunday 1 to 5 PM at Redmon Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 10 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 525 North Broad Street, Canfield, OH 44406.
