Obituary of Mark Edwin Boone

Mark Edwin Boone, 67, passed away June 22, 2018 of complications of cancer.

Born in Canton, he graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science. He co-founded Western Reserve Resources Corp. in 1976, where, as a Financial Advisor and friend, he had the privilege of walking alongside families through each season of life as they pursued their goals and dreams. An avid Indians fan, Mark enjoyed golfing and driving his Ford Mustang. He was also a member of Christ Community Chapel in Hudson. Most of all, his wife, children, and grandchildren were his pride and joy.

Preceded in death by his parents Edwin G. and Martha Boone, and brother Gary Boone, he is survived by his wife of 38 years, Brenda; son John (Jill) Boone; daughters Katherine (Frank) Downs, Kristy (Mark) Gaynor, and Laurie (Jared) DeLiberato, and 12 grandchildren.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Thursday, June 28th from 5 to 8 PM. Pastor Paul Wides will conduct a Memorial Service Friday, June 29th at 11 AM at Christ Community Chapel, 750 W. Streetsboro Street, Hudson, 44236. Private burial at Markillie Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christ Community Chapel Adoption Fund.
