Mr. Jack T. Cartwright, 92, of Stow, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

He was born in Ohio and spent his youth in Framingham, Massachusetts, and Masury, Ohio. He served in the United States Army and later graduated from Youngstown State University. He also worked as a Human Resources Director in the Cleveland area and was active in his children's school and neighborhood association. He treasured hours of conversation in the company of his family and friends. He also enjoyed reading, trivia, card games, fishing, going to the Acker-Moore Memorial American Legion Post 175, and talking about the Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Guardians.

Jack is survived by his son Mark and daughter-in-law Renee, of Stow, Ohio, and grandchildren, Kayla of Dublin, Ohio, Brian of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Patrick of Stow, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne Cartwright, and his daughter, Jacqueline Cartwright.

A funeral mass will be held at 11 AM on Friday, October 30, 2026, at Saint Patrick Catholic Church 313 N. Depeyster St Kent, OH 44240.

In place of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee.
