Obituary of Mark R. Nelson

Mark R. Nelson, 45, passed away November 10, 2018 after an extended illness.

Born in Akron, Mark moved to Maui, Hawaii at age 17 and was a resident for nearly 30 years. Mark enjoyed riding motorcycles on the Maui mountains, but most of all he loved spending time with his children.

Mark is survived by his children, Ashley and Richard Nelson; parents, Ronald and Diana Nelson; brothers, Todd, Eric and Chad Nelson; sister, Kari Strandemo; and many other loving family and friends.

The family would like to thank the Cleveland Clinic doctors and Cleveland Clinic Hospice staff for their care of Mark.

Per Mark's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
