Mary Evelyn Blumenthal

PENINSULA - Mary E. Blumenthal, 75, passed away April 19, 2020.

The daughter of Otis and Anna (Compton) Charles, she was born on October 1, 1944 in Burdine, Kentucky.

Mary was self-employed as the owner of The Virginia Motel and All Amish Furniture. The most important thing to Mary was her love of Jesus and her love of family, which was displayed and imparted every day of her life.

Proceeded in death by her parents and her husband of 54 years, David Blumenthal, Mary is survived by her daughters, Vonnie (Darren) George and Robin (Michael) Dyke; grandchildren, Chad (Michelle) George, Matthew George, Alicia (Dan) Garner, Kylie Dyke, Ryan Dyke, Sydney Dyke and Tyler Dyke.

Due to current restrictions the family would like to extend an invitation for you to join them for a Celebration of Life gathering, the date to be determined.
