CUYAHOGA FALLS- Merlene Faye Brown, 80, passed away and went to be with her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ November 6, 2013.
Born in Akron, she was a Cuyahoga Falls resident over 50 years and had retired from Akron Children's Hospital as head nurse of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit after more than 30 years service.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Jim; sons Mark Wise and Gary (Becky) Wise; daughter Susie (Ray) Vanaman; grandchildren Jason (Keri), Justin, Matthew (Ashley), Jamie, Allie, Mackenzie and R.J. and great-grandson Brennen.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday from 6 to 8 PM, where Pastor Joe Pryor will conduct service Saturday 11 AM and where friends may call from 10 AM until service time.Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
