Obituary of Michael E. Knisely

Michael E. Knisely, born in Akron, Ohio May 12, 1958, passed away unexpectedly on July 6, 2017 at the age of 59. He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Rose, father, Eugene Knisely, and his adoptive mother, Frances Rouser. He will be sorely missed by his adoring wife of 36 years, Janet (Frederick); his sons Kevin (Melory) and Cory Knisely; newborn granddaughter, Lillian Knisely, and nephew Andrew (Wendy) Cole, whom he loved as his own; brothers Forrest (Marilyn) and Jack Rouser; many nieces and nephews whom he loved, along with his best dog Buddy Fritz.

Mike had a natural gift from an early age with electronics, which he made his career. He was very proud to hold the technical engineering position for Belkin Productions, Radio One and WMMS for many years. He later took his talents and, at his wife's side, built their business, Paradyme Medical Services. He helped the business thrive and grow by creating all of their software and programming for ease of internal processing.

Mike had a kind, gentle and quiet spirit. He was a simple man who loved and treated his friends as family. He was a member of the Turkeyfoot Sportsman Club and thoroughly enjoyed camping and fishing. He reveled at engaging in deep conversations with those who were on his same wave length. He left a deep hole in our hearts but we are all the better for our time spent with Mike. So, the next time you throw a cast, raise up a prayer and a toast for Mike!

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 4 to 8 PM at Redmon Funeral Home in Stow. Funeral services will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2141, 5th Street, Cuyahoga Falls on Wednesday July 12 at 11 AM.

Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens immediately following service.
