Obituary of Richard L. Soika
Richard L. Soika, Jr., 66, died peacefully, surrounded by his family on December 10, 2012. He was a devoted Husband, Father and Papa.
Richard is survived by his best friend and loving wife Leann (Synek), his daughter Julie Brandle (Steven), son Richard (Sharon) and daughter Kristen Fernandez (Orlando). He also leaves behind his awesome grandchildren who loved their Papa so much; Kimberly, Orlando, Richard John, Lydia, Ardynn and Reid.
Richard is the son of Richard L. Sr. and Bernice, both deceased. He is the brother of Maryellen Ashworth, Joseph (Sheral), Kathy Emrick (deceased), and Judith Papesh (Ray). He is the uncle and great-uncle to many.
Calling hours will be held THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13th from 4:30-8pm at Redmon Funeral Home 3633 Darrow Road Stow330.688.6631. Mass of Christian Burial will be held FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14th at 10:30am at Holy Family Catholic Church 3179 Kent Road Stow330.688.6412. Mr. Soika's video tribute may be viewed here.
