Rollin N. Rothacker

Rollin N. Rothacker, 90, passed away February 6, 2017. Born in Cleveland, where he attended Cleveland College and Fenn College, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He and his family moved to Stow in 1967.

He retired from Hudson-based Terex Division of General Motors where he served as Manager of Advertising and Public Relations. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 69 years, Anne (nee Simko), and brothers Gilbert and Wayne. He is survived by daughters Diane Rubal (Bernard) of Universal City, TX; Christine Nelson (George) of Stow; Linda Schiavone (Thomas) of Garfield Heights; Carol Kugler (John) of Stow; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday 4 to 8 PM at Redmon Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Northfield, Ohio.
