Obituary of Rudy Stagl
STOW- Rudy Stagl, Sr., 80, passed away January 31, 2013.
Born in Pisanica, Yugoslavia he came to the United States in 1951 and became a U.S. Citizen in 1954. Rudy served in the U.S. Army and was active with the German Family Society where he served as President and Vice President. Rudy was employed by McNeil Akron and retired in 1979.
Preceded in death by a daughter, Lilly in 2006, he is survived by his wife of 57 years Anna; daughters Heidi (James) Chambers, Annette (Bob) Misbrener; son Rudy P. (Amy); grandchildren: Colin, Aaron, Alayna, Duane, Kelsey, Geena, Kristen and Marina.
Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Monday from 4 to 7 PM, where service will be conducted Tuesday 10 AM. Interment Oakwood Cemetery with military services conducted by American Legion Falls Post 281. Rudy's video tribute may be seen here.
