Obituary of Sharon Musgrave Potts Andrews

HUDSON - Sherry attended Sacred Heart Grade School in New Philadelphia, and graduated from Dover St. Joseph High School, class of 1957, where she was a cheerleader. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 1962 and later received a Master's Degree in Education from Kent State University.
She taught elementary school science a total of 33 years, mostly with the Cuyahoga Falls City Schools. She loved to play the bagpipes. She really loved Ohio State Football and deeply hated Michigan. She was a remarkable woman who has left her influence on many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, DM Andrews. She leaves behind, son Richard Musgrave Potts (wife Heather) of Hudson; daughter Laura Lee (Potts) Williams of Wadsworth; and grandchildren, Jackson Potts, Adam Potts, Sarah Potts, Rebecca Williams, Rachel Williams and Kadin Williams.
At Sherry's request, there will be no memorial services. A brief funeral service will be held Friday, February 28th12 Noon at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton Ohio. Memorials may be made at www.woundedwarriorproject.org or mailed to: Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
