YOUNGSTOWN – Sharon E. Heckard, 81, passed away July 30, 2026.

A daughter of the late Merl and Wanda Skinner, she was born January 30, 1945 in Clarksburg, WV. Sharon was a long time resident of Cuyahoga Falls. She had been employed in the food service and retail sales industries prior to her retirement. Sharon enjoyed crosswords and spending time with her grandchildren.

Preceded in death by husband, Jack Heckard; a daughter, Melody; siblings, Mary Johnston, Robert Skinner, Thomas Skinner and Ruth Skinner, she is survived by her children, Angela (Anthony Martino) Heim, Kenneth (Leslie) Kimble; grandchildren, Kali Heim, Zachary Kimble, and Benjamin Kimble.

Private services have taken place. Burial Oakwood Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at The Inn at Christine Valley, for all their kindness and the care they provided Sharon.
