Steven L. Welsh, 53, died September 22, 2013. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, he was preceded in death by his father, William Martin and brother Ryan William.
Steven is survived by wife Teresa, mother Joan Welsh, brother Scott Welsh, brother-in-law Richard (Shannon) Brooks, father-in-law Jerry (Jane) Brooks, loving uncle to Bill, Ian, Scotty, Marie, Parker and Madison, uncles and aunts, Don and Judy Duncan, Allen and Judy Duncan, Kay and Bruce Taunton.
Friends are invited to the Redmon Funeral Home for visitation Friday from 5 to 7 PM, where a memorial service will be conducted Friday 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation, 8301 Professional Place, Landover, MD 20785 or your charity of choice.
