Susan Anita Mullins

MUNROE FALLS - Susan Anita Mullins, affectionately known as “Mama” to all who knew her, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025, at the age of 76.

A devoted mother and friend, Susan invested her life in the care of children and truly loved every minute of it. Her compassion, patience, and nurturing spirit touched countless lives, many of whom remained a special part of her heart and family.

Susan was known by all for her open heart, boundless generosity, and unwavering love. Her home was a haven of warmth, laughter, and kindness - a true reflection of the beautiful person she was. She gave so much of herself to others, and in doing so, made the world a gentler, more loving place.

She was a devoted gardener who found joy, peace, and purpose in tending to her flowers and plants. Susan’s love for nature was evident in every corner of her yard. It was a living reflection of her gentle, nurturing soul.

A gifted baker, Susan’s legendary Christmas cookie trays were a highlight of the season for friends and neighbors. Her joy in baking was matched by her love of crafting and decorating, transforming her home into a magical Christmas wonderland each year.

She is survived by daughter, Shannon Marie Caringi (Jimmy) and son, Robert Todd Mullins (Carol), and a wide circle of friends who are considered family, who proudly called her “Mama.” Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. The impact will be felt for generations to come. Her memory will be cherished always.
