Obituary of Susan NMI Regan




Susan Regan, 91, devoted wife to Willie, dearly loved Mother, beloved grandma/great-grandma, sister-in-law and aunt was called to be with the Lord on June 5, 2017. Susan will be lovingly remembered by the entire family circle and is loved by all the lives she touched.



As a young girl of 19, she put her faith and trust in Jesus Christ her Savior and Lord. Susan is now absent from the body and present with the Lord. She was born in Annalong, Northern Ireland, to William James and Anna Elizabeth Magill and married her "Sweetheart" Willie, in 1947. In 1952 they traveled to America, and settled down in Ohio. During their retirement years they often traveled back to their homeland of Northern Ireland and other travels to Australia and throughout the United States.



Susan is preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Willie, her parents and siblings Willie, Johnny, Minnie, Hughie, Lily, Isabella and Tom. Susan is survived by, her sister Kathleen, sons Wilfred (Marilyn), Stanley (Maria), and daughter Mary Elizabeth (Richard). grandsons David James Edward (Julia), Jonathan Robert, Andrew Tyler, Luke Ryan, Kyle Christopher and Brandon Matthew. great granddaughters Lana Taylor Christine and Brooklyn Shay. Dearly missed by nieces and nephews of Northern Ireland, Zambia, Australia, Canada and Kansas.



What gave her life meaning was her devotion to her family and reaching out to others about accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (John 3 vs. 16). Her love and kindness will live on forever in our hearts. The family wishes to thank the staff at The Gardens of Western Reserve and Hospice of the Western Reserve Team for their loving care and support.



Friends may call Sunday, June 25, 1:30 to 3:00 and 4:30 to 5:30 at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road in Stow, OH where Dr. Robert Mosteller will conduct Celebration of Life Service 5:30 PM, Sunday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christian Missions in Many Lands Attn: David McAdam /Chitokoloki Mission Station Zambia P. O. Box 13 Spring Lake, NJ 07762
