Thelma M. Haslett, 102, went home to be with her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, on January 11, 2018.
Born in Altoona, PA, Thelma was a Cuyahoga Falls resident most of her life. A charter member of both Graham Road Baptist Church and the Cuyahoga Falls Nazarene Church, she remained actively involved, serving through the years as a Sunday school teacher, janitor, organist, VBS director, missionary president, board member, and treasurer.
Preceded in death by her husband John in 1971, and brothers Ralph, Paul, Dale, and Ronald Stitt, she is survived by her daughter Ethel Mae Haslett.
With the Apostle Paul, Thelma can testify, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" (II Timothy 4:7).
