Thelma Elaine Thomas

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Thelma Elaine Thomas, 102, passed away peacefully in her sleep, November 7, 2023, at Bath Creek Estates.

Thelma was a "Rosie the Riveter" during WWII, making fuel tanks for fighter airplanes. She had been employed with Polsky’s for 20 years in the credit authorization department and was a lifelong member of Akron Unity. Her greatest joy in life was her family.

Preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Isaac Scrimgeour; husband, Donald Thomas; brother, Robert Scrimgeour; sister and brother-in-law, Dolly and Al Brooks. She is survived by her son, Bob (Gloria) Thomas; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; niece, Karen Hathaway, and brother-in-law, Bill Senior.

Private services will be held.
