Theodore M. "Ted" Coad

Theodore M. "Ted" Coad, 64, passed away January 13, 2017.

Born in Canton, Ohio, Ted was a resident of Stow for 25 years before moving to Brimfield Township. Ted was an avid golfer and was employed by GoJo Industries for over 30 years.

Preceded in death by his father, William E. Coad, he is survived by his wife of 42 years, Edith "Edie" Coad; daughter, Cheryl (Chris) Goodheart; granddaughter, Abigale "Abbey"; mother, Joanne Coad; sister, Cathy Harrington and brother, Fred Coad, all from Carrollton, Ohio; brother-in-law, Tom (Jayne) Abernathy; sisters-in-law, Vickie (Jerry) Parsons, Linda (Jim) Fischbach; and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow for visitation Monday, January 16, 2017 from 5 to 8 PM, where funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 17 at 11 AM. Burial to follow at Silver Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 525 North Broad St., Canfield, Ohio 44406.
