TALLMADGE - On June 2, 2025, Virginia (Ginny) Ruth Stauffer, 84, went home to be with her Lord and Savior.
Though she was born in Akron, she lived many places over her lifetime, finally settling in Tallmadge, Ohio, with her husband, Tom, in 2004.
Ginny enjoyed her years with Geneva Chervenic Realty as a secretary until her retirement in 2003. Her real passion in life, however, was in dedication to her family. She was a devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
When she wasn't caring for her own family, she was deeply involved with her church community as a member of Chapel Hill Church.
Ginny also enjoyed reading, gardening, and having family for holidays and birthdays.
Virginia is preceded in death by first husband, Clark P. Duffey; son, David Duffey; brothers, Mike French, and Gary French.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Stauffer; daughter, Kathy (Jenn) Duffey; stepchildren, Teresa Berry, April (Reed) Earnest, Stacy (Jeff) Haag, Steven (Anji) Stauffer; brothers, Brad French and Sid French; sisters-in-law, Deb French and Veronika French; nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
